The food was great, the service was excellent. I gave 4 stars because gratuity was added to the check, I do not agree with that policy on a party of two. Gratuity is earned, not a right. Waitress would have done better by us if it wasn't done that way. First of the Melting pot restaurants we have been to that does this. Makes it a hard pass for me. I will not be back. Sadly

Had a great time! Great customer service! Great food! Everything was great. And I asked them to do a gf proposal and they made it look so beautiful and brought it out discreetly so 10’sssss across the board

We had a GREAT experience at the Melting Pot in downtown Atlanta. It was our first time, my husband and I brought our 6 y/o to celebrate my birthday and we all enjoyed ourselves. The food was great, the service was wonderful - we had Chris as our server and he was awesome - the manager also stopped by our table 3 or 4 times throughout our night to make sure we were happy and well taken care of. We spent 3hrs doing the 4-course and never felt rushed, they let us take our time and it was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant and location!

Great time celebrating my daughter's birthday. Service was great. Cheese fondue and Dessert fondue was great. Had so much fun.

We had a wonderful time from start to finish. Victoria was our hostess of which got waters and explained the process while the waitress, Sasha, had just gotten sat a large party which was totally understandable. Sasha was very well versed in the menu providing great insights on what she would recommend. We went along with her expertise and was not disappointed. Also great drinks! It was a wonderful experience celebrating all three of our birthdays! Best Melting Pot location we have ever been to!
